Social Media Policies and Definitions
In 2005, the NoSirGifts General Assembly passed an exploratory
allowing the use of social networking sites to boost business at
NoSirGifts.
On April 4, 2009, NoSirGifts officially began using Facebook, MySpace,
and Twitter, on a beta test basis. Aeverine Frathleen Nieves also
joined Facebook on a personal basis on April 3, 2009.
I have compiled a list of terms and definitions that are most
frequently used on Social Media:

- An individual that meets the Social Media Friend eligibility denies the friend request.
- Ineligible Social Media Friend

- Someone in the immediate family.
- Immediate family is defined by Indiana law as your
spouse/doemstic partner, significant other, children, granchildren,
cousins, parents, grandparents, etc.
