It is the duty of Aeverine Frathleen Nieves to protect the consumer
rights of Mississinewa High School Classes of 1998-2004 alumni,
NoSirGifts customers, Grant Blackford Mental Health Clients and
Employees, Carey Services colleagues, and immediate family. To that
end, the Ava's Image Tag (formerly E-mail) Privacy Policy maintains,
updates, and is similar to Indiana's Do Not Call list (also known as
the Indiana Privacy Act of 2002). Aeverine Frathleen Nieves also
defends the list against attacks by groups that attempt to challenge it.Involved individuals can register their email address(es) on the list that forbids Aeverine Frathleen Nieves and/or NoSirGifts from E-mailing (effective January 4, 2003), tagging in posts and images (effective January 4, 2010). The service is provided at the expense of Aeverine Frathleen Nieves and easy to use. Although many people have Do Not Email or Tag lists, Ava's is one of the most restrictive and effective.

How Ava's Image Tag Privacy Policy Works
Although Facebook and MySpace firends (as defined by Aeverine Frathleen Nieves are classmates, co-workers, friends, and family) can add their e-mail address(es) at any time, the Do Not Tag list is updated semiannualy for yours truly.
It is not the intent for Aeverine Frathleen Nieves to invade your privacy, and there is such a link to "remove tag" on Facebook and/or MySpace. The decision of Aeverine Frathleen Nieves' to tag someone in an image is never done in haste. Aeverine Frathleen Nieves has a Facebook image tag policy that makes it clear (and it is available at on the Frequently Asked Questions page.)
Aeverine Frathleen Nieves makes all efforts to figure out the social network policies--it is very clear. In the event should Aeverine Frathleen Nieves upload any more photos (such as the 1998 Mississinewa High School yearbook) and you are on the Do Not Tag list, Aeverine Frathleen Nieves will not tag you on any images that you do appear in and/or future posts that mention you.
Personal information on the list is always considered confidential, used only for managerial purposes.
The Do Not Tag list is updated twice per year. You can expect a significant reduction in post and/or image tags after the next semiaanual update, not necessarily right after registering your email address.
